We’re proud to share these memorable moments, Mr. Sultan Al-Mansour, Chairman of ALL CARE GROUP Saudi Arabia – at the culmination event of the Program “International Biotechnology Achievement Forum 2025 – Riyadh”.

The forum is a graduation moment for the startup participants, and a culmination of a 2-month intensive training and mentorship Biotechnology Venture Readiness Program (BVPR’2025), which started in October with 91 startups from 22 countries onboard, and ended in December, with the successful program completion by 62 startups with strong projects and qualified teams.

We extend our sincere congratulations and gratitude to Mr. Sultan Al-Mansour for his leadership in supporting biotechnology and healthcare innovators, and for his invaluable contributions to the Saudi biotechnology ecosystem and the establishment of meaningful international partnerships.

Mr. Sultan Al-Mansour is the Chairman and CEO of All Care Group, a fully integrated healthcare ecosystem founded in 2009. He brings over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning finance, investment, healthcare, and most recently, industrial manufacturing and healthcare innovation.

His leadership has been instrumental in launching strategic joint ventures with international partners under Saudi Arabia’s localization program, aligning commercial growth with national priorities. His approach combines strategic foresight with operational discipline, enabling the group to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions.
