The Chairman of All Care Group, Mr. Sultan Al-Mansour took part in the official Saudi–Uzbek Healthcare Business Delegation to Tashkent, organized by the Saudi–Uzbek Business Council in conjunction with the official visit of the Saudi Minister of Health, H.E. Mr. Fahad Aljalajel. The mission aimed to strengthen healthcare and investment cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Uzbekistan while identifying new opportunities for industrial collaboration and technology localization.
Representing All Care Group, the team engaged with senior government officials, healthcare leaders, and industry stakeholders from both countries during a comprehensive two-day program focused on investment, manufacturing, and innovation.
High-Level Government Healthcare Roundtable
The visit commenced with the Saudi–Uzbek Healthcare Roundtable, bringing together senior officials from both governments and the healthcare sector. The program featured keynote addresses by:
* H.E. Ms. Tamila Alieva, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan
* H.E. Mr. Jamshid Khojaev, Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan
* H.E. Mr. Fahad Aljalajel, Minister of Health of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

* H.E. Mr. Abdulla Azizov, Director of the Medical & Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency
The session also included presentations from the Saudi Ministry of Health, the Saudi Health Holding Company, NUPCO, and Lean, followed by an open discussion on strengthening bilateral healthcare cooperation and the signing of eight cooperation agreements.
Business Meetings and Partnership Discussions
Throughout the visit, All Care Group participated in structured B2B and B2G meetings with Uzbek healthcare organizations, manufacturers, and investment stakeholders to explore opportunities in:

Among the discussions’ focus areas, Mr. Sultan Al-Mansour stressed the importance of data availability and alignment of regulations and certifications between countries, contributing to faster and clearer execution of the joint projects between Saudi Arabia’s businesses and Uzbekistan’s entities.
These meetings provided an opportunity to introduce All Care Group’s healthcare manufacturing platform and discuss potential collaboration with Uzbek partners.
Site Visits to Uzbekistan’s Healthcare Ecosystem
The delegation also participated in several technical and investment visits across Uzbekistan’s healthcare ecosystem, including: Tashkent Pharma Park, and IT Park, as well as top-known healthcare facilities.
These visits enabled participants to better understand Uzbekistan’s rapidly developing healthcare sector and identify areas for future industrial and commercial cooperation.
