All Care Industrial was established in Riyadh in 2025, following the deep preparation work and signing a partnership agreement between:

• Saudi “All Care Group”
• Pakistani “Hilbro”

This new Saudi-based venture is dedicated to producing and supplying world-class surgical and dental instruments in the Kingdom and exporting them globally, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s role as a hub for advanced healthcare solutions.

The partnership was formalized in October 2024 during the PAK-SAUDI Investment Forum in Islamabad, Pakistan.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Ministry of Investment for creating boundless opportunities for international cooperation, and to His Excellency Eng. Khalid Al Falih, Minister of Investment, for his leadership in empowering cross-border business growth.

We thank the Embassy of Pakistan Riyadh, KSA, H.E. Mr. Ahmad Farooq and H.E. Dr Shagufta Zareen for supporting business cooperation and bringing Saudi and Pakistani businessmen together in a meaningful way.
